Capoeira

Why Capoeira for Adults?
Capoeira is a martial art that blends fighting, rhythm, music, and culture into a full-body experience.
You'll build functional strength, flexibility, and coordination with a proven method to develop athleticism.
Why adults are choosing capoeira over traditional martial arts:
-
It's a complete movement practice — not just punches and kicks
-
You'll learn acrobatic skills (macacos, aerials, flow transitions) in a safe, progressive way
-
Every class includes live music and rhythm
-
The community is welcoming and tight-knit. You'll train with people who want to help you grow
-
It's a stress-relieving, screen-free hour and a half where your body and mind are fully engaged
